First 10K done!
It was far too nice today not to get out and get it done. Perhaps too nice, as I’m now beetroot and my legs are like jelly, but worth it! 200km and 4 more 10Ks to go.
I’m running 250km including five 10Ks, building up to the Scottish 10K in August to raise money for Change Mental Health so fewer people face mental illness alone.

Help change lives. I’ll match it with action. Trigger by target; videos will be posted here afterwards.
One in four people will be affected by mental illness in their lifetime. It can affect anyone, at any time, and too many people still face it without the support they need. Your donations will support Change Mental Health, who last year supported over 10,000 people across Scotland.

Hit 40km today, and this Sunday I’m running the first of five 10Ks, which will take me to 50km (20% of the way to 250km). Training is going well and I’m glad the weather is finally starting to improve. Huge thanks to everyone who’s donated so far: £372 already, which is amazing.
First week done, legs are sore but spirits are high. Five 10Ks between me and Edinburgh in August.
The fundraiser is up and running, every little helps!
